About 40 years ago I went to college to study nutrition and have been reading books on the subject ever since. However, nutritional advice kept changing through the years, which made the whole subject pretty confusing. Right when you thought you had it all down pat, the diet rules would flip flop. It wasn't till a couple of years ago that I finally found sound nutritional advice that was based on traditional food selection and preparation.Believe it or not we can learn a wealth of information by studying what our ancestors ate and how they prepared their foods.Through trial and error , by respecting the ways of nature, and by passing down this wisdom to the next generation, our ancestors understood more than we do now about what we should be eating to keep us of sound mind and body. The health of the human race is fast deteriorating and we urgently need to address this before it is too late.

Here you will find all you need to know about nutrition and how to take back responsibility for our own health and the health of our families. This is the true solution to the healthcare debate but you will not hear about this from the mainstream media. Corporations want us to buy their man made food products and the drug and other medical oriented corporations would like to see us stay sick to create profits and greater dependence on them.
