I'll be brave today and post these radical statements by Mary Baker Eddy. Error or evil takes many forms. It can present as sickness, lack or any type of inharmony. It can sometimes disguise itself with cloaks of "good". We are living in the time where Love and staunchness of faith are critical to embrace. Here are some powerful statements from Mary Baker Eddy.
"Hold on and persist for good, because there never is a hopeless situation. When error(evil) meets with resistance, it begins to be scattered. Where a situation seems unbearable, it is because error is letting go. We must go ahead of error, and keep ahead of error all the way. Error is nothing but erroneous thought, and we must never give in to it. Mental activity must be tranquil - not lazy; it must express force;be exact, and it must know the reality of man's oneness with God, and the utter unreality of evil in all it's forms of beliefs."
An evil-doer is losing his own selfhood; he is becoming a nonentity, harming himself more than he can harm any other person. What then is success in evil? It is downright defeat. The greater it's success the surer its defeat. Error is self destroyed.
