HAITI & AMERICAN OCCUPATION

 We can't blame every weather disaster, earthquake, tidal wave...etc on intentional human intervention. However, knowing we have the capabilities to wage weather warfare and have tetonic weapon technology (weapons which cause earthquakes and subsequent tidal waves), we need to begin looking at the political history of countries which are severely hit by these disasters.
The link at the bottom talks about the U.S occupation of Haiti. We have financial interests in this island. Has Haiti been intentionally decimated so that we can send in our "AID" and essentially have more control over the island? The link directly below talks about weather warfare and tetonic weapons technology. If this was an orchestrated disaster, was it created by just one country or is this sort of thing beginning to be a global effort to gain control for World Government?
